I recently had a daughter, she's actually 3 weeks old today! I don't need to lose my pregnancy since I've managed to drop it already, but I'd like to lose the extra pudge I've seemed to have leftover. I'm looking forward though to getting into better shape so I can keep up with my daughter as she grows. I'm also hoping to gain more energy for myself to get done what needs to be done around my house since I plan to stay at home to take care of my little girl.
Weighed myself while at the gym, I come in at 194lbs. Let us see how it'll drop over time. (It also helps that I'm nursing my daughter, which seems to be burning a ton of calories too!)
